Temple of Heaven, Beijing 2009
The Temple of Heaven is a place where many of Beijing's retired gather for socializing, games, dancing, singing and fellowship. The sights and sounds were exquisite. The temple is where the Emperor came to pray for a good harvest and prosperity and the Roundness of it speaks of the Chinese belief that earthly things are square while heavenly things are round...
